I am feeling very at peace with the choices I have right now. Things are progressing and I have started to make some firm plans. I will be starting my new serving job next week! I can’t wait for it to start (and this one to end!)

This is my basic plan:
Work at the restaurant full time through the summer (or until Anja leaves depending on other furture developments)
Sell house with changeover date 15 July (if staying on Saltspring move in with Mom)
Apply to Nelson music school (ask Julia for help with this)*
*if I don’t get in the plan will be to move to Vancouver after the summer (possibly live with Tonia) and pursue music there in as many ways as I can; (Sandy will be around I can ask him for advice and help). The goal would be to have a demo cd and send it out to as many useful people as possible as well as getting a band together and booking gigs to get experience.
Inspection trip to South America December/January

Well that about sums it up. I have to start taking steps, I am already but I have to maintain the forward motion. Its easy to become sidetracked and start doing things that don’t direcly focus on my goals.

I am getting closer to defining my music style:
Somewhere between alternative emo punk like Taking Back Sunday, Plain White Ts and Brand New and, Avril Lavigne, Sarah Mclachlan and Evanessence.

I wonder if that is possible… I am going to have some fun with the music program I just got…
